We welcome Alice Ferro to our lab, a PhD student in Political Science and Sociology at the Scuola Normale Superiore in Florence, who is coming to visit us for three months.
Alice is interested in relational sociology and collective action phenomena, social movements in particular. She is currently working on environmental and climate justice movements, adopting a diachronic comparison with the alliance-building processes in action, combining the structural and cultural dimensions.
Alice holds a BA in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Milano and an MA in Sociology and Social Research from the Università degli Studi di Trento, where she had the opportunity to study and apply different methodological approaches and tools. In fact, she works with a mixed methods approach within the framework of Social Network Analysis.
