Dr. Cristina Rodríguez-Reche holds a PhD in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2020). She is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher on the project UNDETERRED: Unintentional discrimination detected and racism revealed and deactivated (Horizon Europe, University of Bordeaux, 2025–2027, PI Zenia Hellgren). She is also a Temporary Lecturer ("Profesora Substituta") at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where she teaches several courses on Social and Cultural Anthropology. Additionally, she is a full member of the research group INMIX at the UAB and a collaborating associated researcher of GRITIM-UPF, where she carried out her Margarita Salas postdoctoral fellowship (2022–2024). Her scientific contributions include several articles published in high-impact, first-quartile journals in Social Compass, Journal of Beliefs and Values, Ethnicities, Sociology Compass, and the Elgar Encyclopedia of Global Migration: New Mobilities and Activism.
