Agent-based modeling workshop in Milan

Members of the COALESCE Lab participated in the workshop “Agent-based Models of Social Networks,” organized by the Behave Lab at the Department of Social and Political Sciences, University of Milan, on April 22–23, 2024. Michal Bojanowski, Yunsub Lee, Miranda Lubbers, and Nigel van Herwijnen presented their latest research alongside a distinguished group of international scholars, including organizers Flaminio Squazzoni, Federico Bianchi, and Raffaele Vacca, as well as Filip Agneessens, Jen Badham, Andreas Flache, Gianluca Manzo, Christian Steglich, Christoph Stadtfeld, Jochem Tol, Karoly Takacs, Cristina Chueca del Cerro, and many others. The event fostered lively discussions and new collaborations at the intersection of agent-based modeling and social network analysis.
