I am a PhD researcher under cotutelle between the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology of the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the Department of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Milan (Behave Lab). I am involved in the ERC-funded project called "A network science approach to social cohesion in European societies" (PATCHWORK), in which we study the effects of individual acquaintanceships on social cohesion in a nation-scale population. In this interdisciplinary project, I complement my fellow researchers with my expertise in agent-based modelling.
My research interests lie in collective social phenomena that emerge from the beliefs and behavior of individuals in the human population. After having completed a bachelor's in Physics and Astronomy and a master's in Computational Science at the University of Amsterdam, I believe I can be a bridge between fields in an interdisciplinary team.
