Paula Hoffman was a PhD student in Sociology at the University of Utrecht at the time of her visit to the COALESCE Lab. She investigates cooperation, relationships, and gender at work.
She visited the COALESCE Lab from October to December 2024. In 2026, she defended her PhD thesis "Gendered Support Matters at Work: How Giving and Receiving Support Is Linked to Work Outcomes" and earned her PhD degree in Sociology.
