I am a PhD student at the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University, working with David Lazer. I am interested in Computational Social Science, Social Networks, and Harm Reduction approaches to substance use. Currently, I am part of the COVID States Project, studying the impact of the pandemic on social support and working on validating the project’s methodology. In addition, two of my main projects involve studying homophily in Twitter follower networks and the spread of fentanyl misinformation (with the Health in Justice Action Lab). I am a visiting student at the COALESCE Lab, where I am working on statistical and network science methods for the PATCHWORK project. I received a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Barcelona (UB). Before starting a PhD, I worked for two years in the private sector as a data scientist.
